Amit kumar Sharma, is a senior Consultant in the Dept of ENT at Artemis
Hospital with expertise in management of simple and complex conditions
associated with ear, nose and throat diseases. He did hid postgraduation from
KMC Manipal, and has been treating these conditions of more than a decade. He
has been into academics and has been a teacher of many MS and DNB students. He has
got training for cochlear implant surgery from centre of excellence
He has vast experience and knowledge in the diagnosis as well as
treatment of both adult as well as pediatrics ENT issues such as hearing
problem, nasal blockage, snoring, sleep apnoea, vertigo, tinnitus, swallowing
problems. He also has rich experience of doing both routine and advanced
surgeries such as Endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, sleep
apnoea surgeries, thyroid surgeries and ear surgeries, tracheostomy, foreign
body removal, airway emergencies.
He
is also proficient in advanced procedures like advanced Functional Sinus
surgery, thyroid surgeries, endoscopic ear surgeries and complex skull base and
JNA surgeries . He has multiple publications both nationally and
internationally. He has presented at multiple national forums and chaired
sessions in multiple academic conferences. Being a professor in medical college he has trained many post graduate students and
taught them intricacies of various ENT surgeries.
